Infrared Sauna Therapy

IR sauna penetrates the skin deeper than the traditional sauna using safe, low-frequency infrared lamps. This increases circulation, detoxifies, heal decreases pain, promotes healing and relaxes the body. Getting Started

  • Pregnancy, although it is a regular practice in some countries, it is not advised to start IR during pregnancy

  • Aortic Stenosis
