Root Cause
At LMN we will meet you where you’re at in your health journey. That includes pharmaceuticals as an initial intervention. But as you gain in health and strength, we will support you in seeking out the root cause of the illness. That may be genetic, irregular hormone production or perhaps food sensitivities. By exploring why symptoms are occurring and not just masking them, you can reach optimal health!Stress
Stress has become the norm for American life. But it comes at a cost. The metabolic changes that occur when a person is under continuous stress include:•High blood pressure
•High blood sugar
•Anxiety
•Increased inflammation
•Brain fog
And more...
Fortunately, there are many non-pharmaceutical interventions that can reduce stress and set you on a path to a more relaxed and fulfilling lifestyle. Allow LNM to support you in making changes that will improve your health.
Chronic Health Conditions
It can be frustrating when you are not living your healthiest life possible. Maybe there was a specific incident; I hear people say “ever since this happened, I have not been the same.” Perhaps you are on multiple prescriptions which came on gradually but still do not feel well.At LNM, we address the individual’s root cause of illness. Peeling back the layers of chronic illness takes patience on your part and good tools on the doctor’s part.

What is
Naturopathic Medicine?
Naturopathic medicine is a distinct system of primary health care - the practice of preventing, diagnosing and treating conditions of the human mind + body.
The treatments are aimed to prevent and treat acute and chronic illness and disease, restore balance and establish optimal health by supporting the person's inherent self-healing process.
LNM uses holistic therapies such as craniosacral, lab evaluation, supplement prescriptions, herbs, homeopathy, nutrition and healthy aging support.
